Kaiya Boland Lupo is the proud and experienced Chief Cuteness Officer at Control Point Heating • Cooling • Plumbing. Kaiya loves spending time with her Mom and Dad, Nick and Danielle, as well as time with her friends Lulu and Bella. When she isn’t in the office, Kaiya can be found visiting her grandparents in Wells, Maine, or running in the woods, chasing squirrels and birds, and playing with squeaky toys and balls. She also accepts treats—if you ever visit the office!
October 30, 2023 “Kaiya happens to be the best Chief Cuteness Officer and Ambassador of Goodwill we have ever come in contact with! She is also excellent at fetching sticks and a pro at chasing tennis balls. Unfortunately we almost had to give Kaiya 4 Stars because you can’t leave any food near her unless you want it to disappear! We highly recommend Kaiya for snuggles, well-being, and alleviation of the day to day stressors!”
